 2 tbl. + 1tsp. Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante
 2 tbl. fresh Lime Juice
 Roasted Corn
 Cotija Cheese
 chopped Cilantro

Whisk Mezclajete® Especial and lime juice in a bowl. Toss cooked wings in the sauce. Plate the wings and garnish with roasted corn, cotija cheese and chopped cilantro. Serve with Mezclajeté® Spicy Mayo as a dipping sauce.
