Mezclajeté® Especial Bloody Maria
A great Sunday brunch drink when you want something a little different than the typical.
1 oz Tequila
5.5 oz can Tomato Juice (or ⅔ cup Tomato Juice)
1½ tsp Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Especial
1 lime
Tajin® or Salt
Take a lime wedge and rim the glass. Dip the rimmed glass with either Tajin® or Salt. Fill the glass with ice, add tomato juice, tequila, Mezclajete® Especial, Worcestershire sauce, juice of 1/2 lime and gently stir. Garnish with lime wedge. Optional garnishes: bacon, olives, pickle spear
