Mezclajeté® Hair of the Dog
When you need a little of the "hair of the dog" after a night of drinking, this drink tastes light and refreshing not to mention, it goes down easy.
1-12oz Mexican beer (like Corona® or Modelo Especial®)
2 tbs Fresh Lime Juice
1½ tsp Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Especial
1 tsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
Pinch of Salt
1 lime
Tajin® or Salt
Ice
Take a 16oz glass and rim half of the edge with a lime wedge. Dip the rimmed glass with either Tajin® or Salt. Pour lime juice, Mezclajete® Especial and tamari into the glass and stir. Add a pinch of salt and then fill the glass with ice. Pour beer over ice and gently stir.
