Mezclajeté® Spicy Chicken Wings
These wings are different from your basic Buffalo or Sriracha and your customers will love them!
18 Chicken Wings (drumettes and flaps)
½ cup Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante
2 tbs. Melted Butter
Ranch Dressing
Diced Green Onions
Pour melted butter and Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante into a bowl and stir until blended. Remove wings from the fryer and place in a large bowl. Lightly toss until the wings are thoroughly coated. Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions. Serve with Ranch Dressing.
