Turkey Pecan Sandwich with Mezclajeté® Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Yields4 Servings
Make everyday a holiday with turkey and spice cranberry sauce.
2 cups diced roasted Turkey breast (approx. 8 oz)
¼ cup diced Red Onion
¼ cup diced Celery
¼ cup chopped Pecan
Mayonnaise*
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 Butter Croissants

Add diced turkey, diced red onion and celery and chopped pecans into a large bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, mix together whole cranberry sauce and Mezclajete® Especial Salsa Picante and set aside. Cut the croissants in half, lengthwise and spread spiced cranberry sauce on the inside top and bottom of each croissant. Then fill with turkey salad. Makes 4 servings

*add as little or as much Mayonnaise you would like.
